Ok, you have assigned to every Internet job board and every job on Monster, CareerBuilder and HotJobs. You call tracking and network until you are blue in the face. Every Sunday, we take the paper and apply for every job in your area with little or no results. Well try a novel way to find a job.

Send half your CV

Find the company you want to work. Write a cover letter because they are a good fit, with reference to the annexed continues. Do not seal the envelope and do not attack to continue. I kept thinking of the post fell. They make and debate. Sell yourself shamelessly.

Write a letter of inquiry

Call the powerful mail merge. Find 5-10companies. Write a letter to your network of contacts and ask them if they know someone who works at one of the companies on your list. When a contact, say they know someone on your list, send your resume and ask them to send their contact or request permission to send yourself.

E-mail chain letters

Create a list of 20 companies you want to work and send an email to everyone you know to see if they know someone who works for these companies. Ask them to contact if they are doing so that you can ask for it. Finally, ask them to send your e-mail to 10 people more. However, if you do not currently working!

Distribute a brochure

Give a brochure with information relevant to your area and give. Everyone loves free information and showing their experience. Give away the eBook and to announce the newsgroups where hiring managers will see.

Call Human Resources

Sounds crazy, right? Call the human resources department. Ask them outside the agency or company using outsourcing. You’ll wonder why you want to know. Tell them that your company is not looking for someone with your skills at this time the agency could deal with other businesses, if you are looking for a recommendation. It is quite possible that you ask for an interview. If this is not at least get a leader. They would save the agency fees. It also recommends that special attention. Send a letter of thanks.

These guerrilla tactics can give you better results. Be sure to be a tonic for 5 tips creation.
